Morello cherries are a deep red colour and produce a subtle almond flavoured aromatic jam. Delicious spread on toast, crumpet or in the middle of muffins. Our delicious jams are made from specially selected whole fruit and cooked in open pans. Each jar is carefully hand poured in small batches by our cooks. As you get more whole fruit in each jar by hand pouring.
